<p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Professor Dr. Tuhin Haque was graduated from Dhaka Medical College in 1988 and obtained doctoral degree from Shiga University of Medical Science, Shiga Japan in 1996. She completed a post-doctoral JSPS fellowship in 1999. She was appointed as a Lecturer in Department of Nuclear Medicine, University Science Malaysia, Kota Baru, Kelantan, Malaysia in 2001. She joined the National Heart Foundation Hospital and Research Institute in 2004 as an Assistant Professor and was promoted to Professor Echocardiography in 2013. Currently she is heading the Echo lab of NHFHRI.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Her area of research is the development and evaluation of non-invasive methods such as echocardiography for the 1) detection of myocardial viability, identification of hibernating myocardium and prediction of reversibility of left ventricular dysfunction after coronary artery revascularization, 2) early detection of ventricular systolic and diastolic dysfunction.</span></p><p><br></p>
