FCPS (Surgery) MS (Urology), an eminent Urologist of the country has been working now as Professor of Urology at Green Life Medical College.</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(25, 135, 84);">After obtaining FCPS in Surgery from Bangladesh College of physicians and Surgeons in 1992, he worked as Resident Surgeon and thereafter Consultant in Casualty Surgery. Then he became Senior Consultant (Surgery) &amp; worked in many tertiary level hospital of Bangladesh.</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(25, 135, 84);">He obtained MS Degree in Urology in 2000 from Dhaka University and became Associate Professor (Urology) in 2004. He then started working in National Institute of Kidney Diseases and Urology (NIKDU), where he developed department of Urology from Cystoscopy to renal transplant level.</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(25, 135, 84);">He started Laparoscopic surgery in Urology &amp; got Maj. Gen (Rtd) Siraj Jinnat Memorial gold Medal for contribution in Laparoscopic Urology. In National Institute of Kidney Disease &amp; Urology he worked in the capacity of Asso. Prof., Professor &amp; finally Director of that Institute- a tertiary Hospital for Kidney &amp; Urological disease in Bangladesh. He started MS (Urology) Course in NIKDU. He was involved in teaching MS (Urology) Students.</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(25, 135, 84);">He was appointed as Director cum Professor of Urology in 2011 and worked up to January, 2015.</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(25, 135, 84);">He guided many thesis &amp; dissertation of MS and FCPS courses &amp; done many research works. He has published 28 articles in recognized Journals.</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(25, 135, 84);">He is expert in Open, Laparoscopic &amp; Endoscopic Urological operation including Renal Transplant. He is also involved in teaching students at under graduate &amp; postgraduate level. He is examiner of FCPS (Urology) in Bangladesh College of Physicians &amp; Surgeons (BCPS) and MS (Urology) in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) and Dhaka University. He is a thorough gentleman taking utmost care to his patients and students.</span></p><p><br></p>
