<p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(107, 114, 128);">Dr. Sultan Mahmud Shikder has completed his MBBS degree from M.A.G. Osmani Medical College, Sylhet and obtained MS (Plastic Surgery) from Bangladesh Medical University (BMU). He is also a member of the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS Health). Currently, he is working as a Registrar in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the National Institute of Burn &amp; Plastic Surgery, Dhaka.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(107, 114, 128);">He helps patients in advanced reconstructive, plastic, and aesthetic surgical procedures, including emergency burn management and critical care of severe burn patients, post-burn deformities, trauma reconstruction, and congenital anomalies. His clinical expertise spans hand surgery, microsurgery, cleft and craniofacial surgery, and complex wound reconstruction. Dr. Sultan Mahmud Shikder has completed a comprehensive 5-year residency program in Plastic Surgery, along with hands-on training in general surgery at Dhaka Medical College Hospital. He has actively participated in numerous workshops and specialized training programs in microsurgery, trauma care, burn management, and aesthetic procedures.</span></p><p><br></p>
