She has More than 40 years of experience in Radiation &amp; Clinical Oncology. She completed her graduation MBBS from Sher-e-Bangla Medical College, Barisal. After that, she did Board Certified in Radiation Oncology (which is equivalent to FCPS) from Shiraz Medical University, Iran in 1985.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(33, 37, 41); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> </span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(33, 37, 41); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Dr. Parvin Akhter Banu had a very vast &amp; glorious career in her whole life. In her early life, she worked in Ahvaz Medical University, Iran as an Asst. Professor. In 1994, she became associated with Delta Hospital LTD as a Senior Consultant, Oncology Unit since its inception. She is one of the pioneers in starting Radiotherapy in the private sector of Bangladesh.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(33, 37, 41); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> </span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(33, 37, 41); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Dr. Parvin Akhter Banu is experienced in the Treatment and Evaluation of all types of cancers excepting hematological malignancies. She has very long experience in treating patients using Chemotherapy, Targeted therapies, Radiotherapy, Immunotherapy &amp; Palliative care management.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(33, 37, 41); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">She has very long experience of treating cancer patients with CO-60 Teletherapy &amp; Linear Accelerators like 2D, 3D-CRT, IMRT etc. She has expertise in treating Gynecological cancer patients using Brachytherapy &amp; Interstitial Therapy applications.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(33, 37, 41); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> </span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(33, 37, 41); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">She regularly joined in many Conferences at home and abroad.
